The space The flat is located on the third floor with lift of an elegant building in the heart of the city of Verona, and there are no steps inside. It is a comfortable two-room apartment of about 40 square metres, which consists of - living area comprising a kitchen with gas cooker and fridge, equipped only with microwave oven (there is no classic oven). There is a dining table with 4 chairs. Pet friendly: Bring your four-legged friend with you! - sleeping area, with a large bedroom, equipped with a spacious wardrobe, a double bed and a single bed. There is also a smart TV in the room. - windowed bathroom, totally renovated, with shower and washing machine. The kitchen, as well as the bedroom, overlooks a large private terrace of more than 20sqm with washbasin. There is split air conditioning in both the kitchen and the bedroom. Please note that it is possible to park your car inside the building, but there is no dedicated parking space is allocated (parking is therefore only possible if available). Guest access The flat is for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note All sojourners' identity documents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. The tourist tax is not included in the price: €3.50 per person per day for the first 4 days. Children up to 14 years old are exempt. A reduced rate of €2.80 applies to guests under 26 and over 70.
