House Rules: I don't really like rules, I just want you to enjoy yourselves. Treat my place with the same respect as you would your own home. My only request, is that you do not smoke inside the room. You can use the balcony and ashtray provided, please make sure you roll up the blinds before you open the balcony. Please switch off lights & air-conditioning when leaving the room and electric stove after use. Only registered guests will be allowed entry into the building. Check-in time after 3:00 PM Check-out time is at 11:00 AM We will need a copy of your identification, valid ID or passport prior to your arrival, details will be provided to the building administration for registration. As a new Rule, from now on, we will be collecting Three Thousand (3,000) pesos as a security deposit due to so many missing and unreturned access card which will be charge to us by the accounting and property management office once the said card is not surrendered. Which means we cannot process a new card for our new incoming guest unless we pay again three thousand pesos for a new card to be issued.
