The space River's Edge is a not so cookie cutter condo. The vaulted ceiling has been covered in reclaimed wood and has many reclaimed wood accents throughout the condo. The white countertops and appliances and black fixtures add a modern touch to this rustic getaway. While standing in the kitchen or sitting on the comfy sofa you can enjoy the view of the lake and the Ouachita National Forest which is just across the water. The best part is relaxing while sitting in the teak rocking chairs, watching the birds on the bird feeder, and feeling the breeze while only steps away from jumping in to swim or casting out a fishing line in Lake Hamilton. Guest access Each unit has 1 dedicated parking space additional parking may be available if pre-arranged. There is no parking available for boats or boat trailers. Guests enter using a keyless entry code so there are no keys to have to keep up with. Guests also have access to the common areas of the complex which includes over 700 feet of boardwalk along Lake Hamilton, 2 picnic tables and 2 swim ladders.
