燕の家　Tsubame residence

The best place to stay in Tsubame city! This detached house is located in a quiet residential area, a 9-minute walk from JR Tsubame station. Guests will enjoy their stay on one floor, except for the owner's rooms (Only the entrance is shared with the owner). In the neighborhood, there are traditional crafts workshop, a series of old-fashioned shops and restaurants, where you can enjoy a nostalgic local and deep experience, as if you have time-traveled back to the past. The space The one floor rented to guests has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and restroom. Guest access The upper floor is the owner's private living space. Please refrain from entering. During your stay Check-in is basically done in person at a time agreed upon by both owner and guest(s) (takes about 15 minutes). No face-to-face meeting is required for check-out. The owner will gladly answer any inquiries while guest(s) are staying. Other things to note 1. During the period of the Nagaoka Matsuri Grand Fireworks Festival (August 1-3 each year), fees for 5 people will be presented regardless of the actual number of guests. 2. Due to operational reasons, we regrettably decline a reservation for one night stay for a single person. (We will accept a reservation for a single person if the stay spans two or more nights.) 3.
