From the moment you walk the tree lined path to your private entrance, you will be moved by the tranquility, privacy & warmth of this bright, newly renovated space in our quiet wooded subdivision. The location offers the best of both worlds. Peggy's Cove and iconic St. Margaret's Bay with it's rugged coastal views and sandy beaches are minutes away on one side. Halifax is only a 20 min drive the other direction. Numerous nearby beaches, wooded walks & lakes are waiting to be enjoyed. The space The apartment is the complete lower level of our 3 level home. It is a bright, dry and spacious basement that does not in any way feel like a basement. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. You will enjoy the master bedroom with it’s queen size bed and a walk in closet. The den also has a queen size bed plus a fold down desk. The spacious washroom includes a washer and dryer. A short 13 minute drive takes you to the beautiful white sand beaches of Micou’s Island, a local hidden gem. Only 2km away you will find two shopping areas including coffee shops, drug stores, banks, restaurants, a liquor store & grocery stores. Beautiful Jerry Lawrence Park with boating, hiking & fishing opportunities is across the road. So many amenities in and around our special hideaway to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and memorable. We ask a minimal cleaning fee, and just a couple of simple check out details. We want your focus to be on relaxing and to leave the work to us. We hope to host your vacation stay soon. Guest access The West side and rear of the house are available for your exclusive use, including our cozy patio with a bistro set & propane grill. Privacy is the word.
