Two bedroom apartment in good condition, quiet neighborhood and free parking right outside Private terrace with gas grill for use. Coffee machine with coffee and washing machine. Right by the hiking trail. Midway between Kristiansand and Mandal - 20 min away. 30 min to the Zoo. Suitable for children - high chair, bath tub, travel bed and changing mat. Lots of nice playgrounds right by. Private entrance with a codelock on the door. Come and go flexibly without thinking about appointment with host or keys :-) Pets by agreement. The space Bedroom 1 - 180 cm king size bed. Bedroom 2 - 160 cm double bed. Air mattress (1 person) and travel bed for toddlers are available on request. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 people/+ possibly 1 extra child. The place is only used for short-term rental and therefore without personal belongings. Everything in the apartment is for free use by our guests - including gas grill, board games, basic groceries, etc. Guest access All rooms and terrace as description and pictures indicate Other things to note Quiet between 11 pm - 7 am, there are many families with children in the neighborhood and party/noise is undesirable.
