Very spacious 3-room apartment with large kitchen. The space The accommodation is 100 m² and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and toilet separated and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Currently, the accommodation offers 8 sleeping places. In addition, we can provide 2 additional sleeping places. The apartment is super usable for 1-2 families, travelers, business travelers, as the property is only 1.3 km from the A2 highway exit Gleisdorf West. Longer stays are of course possible. Graz is about a 15 minutes. Thus, you can also easily visit trade fairs, concerts or events in Graz. A supermarket (Unimarkt) is within walking distance (1 km). Likewise, public transport, such as bus and train. Right in front of the house there are three guest parking spaces available. It also has a caravan team or trailer or a motorhome space. You can also charge your electric car with us directly at the parking lot for a fee of € 0.40 per kWh. Bicycles can be safely parked in our cabin or locked in the basement. Guest access You have your own apartment on the 1st floor. We live on the first floor. We use the same main entrance. Other things to note There are also two dogs in the house. However, they are in our apartment and have no contact with the guests.
