Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers. The space Our home has modern furnishings, a smart television in the living room and another television in the master bedroom upstairs. In this space, you will have 2 brand new king sized beds in each bedroom, 2 walk-in closets, 2 ensuite bathrooms, and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. We also have a memory foam folding floor mattress and a half bath on the main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful city view and partial water view. Our home also includes wireless internet and 2 large electric air conditioning units. We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that is 2 stories, has 2 bedrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage! The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'8". The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may rappel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. The top 3 things that make our place really stand out are: 1. We are here for you if you need anything at all: a recommendation for a restaurant, a nice park to check out, a great thrift shop, a grocery store to buy groceries. If something isn't right in our place, let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately! 2. You are only 2 minutes from the waterfront and literally feet away away from the best bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Not to mention, you can almost touch the Space Needle. 3. The INCREDIBLE views of Seattle from the roof top balcony of this apartment! Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential and owner occupied. This apartment is located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay. Please note that this is a residential building and from time to time any of our building or listing amenities may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time. This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding.
