NO CLEANING FEE We are minutes away from unique shops, Antique flea market and minutes away from downtown Mount Dora where you can enjoy one of many festivals or our many unique shops. The space The whole place! Upper level of the Barn suited for up to 4 guests. The parking is large enough to accommodate 2 vehicles, up to 40 feet. There are several steps to get to the apartment please use the hand rail for safety. Access is only steps away from the entrance. Private entrance ! Only you will use. Fully functional kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare any meal. Appliances include; Range with oven, full sized refrigerator, (fresh water pitcher with Britta filters) Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, we offer single cups, creamer and sugar packets for your convenience. For extra towels and linens please contact us. There is WIFI and smart TV you can log in to your Netflix, Roku and Hulu, live TV is free with a lot of channels (make sure to log out before you check out). Bring your own fishing equipment for a catch and release experience! A sitting area allows you to have a cup of coffee while overlooking the waterfront view .You might even see Bigfoot. _There are security cameras and ring cameras to ensure safety and easy check in covering only the outside premises. We are minutes away from: Downtown 7mins (2.9 miles) Flea market 3 mins (1.5 miles) Bike Trail 3 mins. Wekiva Springs 20 mins. Kelly Springs 15 mins. Publix supermarket 5 mins. Starbucks 5 minutes Key food Market 6 min 40 mins from most Disney parks 50 min from Orlando Airport 30 min to Sanford Airport. Very close to eateries(Loch Leven) Chipotle/Starbucks/Peach Tree/Five Guys/China Star/ABC LIQUOR/Jeremiah's Italian Ice _Lyft and Uber on demand is available, many guest prefer this method of transportation for our many festivals downtown. Guest access Entire apartment with private entrance and key pad and full yard access . With up to 2 vehicle parking in front of the Barn, (40 feet max) There are a few stairs to access the loft upper level with hand rails for your security. Other things to note We want you to enjoy your stay, so please feel free to use the Airbnb app and inquire with any questions you may have. We will respond as soon as possible. -Feel free to roam outside sit by the water and enjoy your surroundings. Thank you for staying. -No swimming is allowed as the water is very shallow, never leave children unattended. ***BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, but keep in mind that you are in Florida which is subtropical climate and you most likely will encounter some kind of bug; keep the door closed. -You may also encounter animals that are are indigenous to florida and occasionally cross our yard such as Black Bears, bobcats a variety of birds, turtles etc. ( do not harass any wildlife you see), Many of these creatures are free roaming and do cross through our property once in a while. Be aware of your surroundings. All these are possible just inform us of any encounters. Remember to keep doors closed. -The property is inspected before every stay to make sure the stay is perfect. -We do not have control for anything that happens in our neighborhood, city or community and cannot be held liable for the same. - NO SMOKING INSIDE NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR VAPING -NO PARTIES OR GUEST NOT CONFIRMED ON BOOKNG -NO PETS ALOWED -LATE CHECK OUTS WILL BE CHARGED $50 FOR EVERY 1/2 HOUR
