The property is only a 10-minute walk from the San Miguel dock and a 5-minute boat ride to Flores island. Boats run from 6 am until 10/11 pm on weekdays, and even later on weekends. Tuk Tuks are also available locally to help you explore the area. Guest access The tent has its own little garden hangout area with a table, chairs and hammocks available that you can use between 8am and 8pm in order not to disturb other guests that might stay on the property. There is NO parking available on or in front of the property. Other things to note Many guests have called this a hidden gem, and I hope it stays that way. You’ll be staying in a peaceful, jungle-surrounded space, so please treat the property and facilities with care. This accommodation is LGBTQ+ friendly — everyone is equally welcome, and discrimination of any kind is not allowed. Please note that parking is not available on the property, and street parking in front is not permitted. Guests arriving with a vehicle will need to find parking nearby. Luggage storage is not available on site. If you’d like to explore Maya sites such as Tikal or Yaxha, or need tours or shuttle tickets, I can help you arrange them with a trusted local agency. Just ask for a list of tours and prices. Check-in is available after 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on availability, at 50Q each per person, payable in cash upon arrival. To keep the space comfortable for everyone, please remove shoes in the tent and shower areas, and handle the facilities with care. If any issues arise, just let me know — we’ll sort it out together. For privacy and tranquility, only booked guests are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a relaxing stay.
