Rural gîte 4 people

Small independent gîte of 70 m², perfect for 2 to 4 people, located right next to our house (you have your space, but we are not miles away either). ⚠️ READ BEFORE BOOKING – SERIOUSLY. Take the time to read the entire listing. Not diagonally. Not half asleep. In full. This avoids unpleasant surprises and "oh, there's no 8K Netflix and private spa?" Not a 3-star: simple comfort at the right price. The space Ground floor: Veranda living room with a 3-seat sofa and 1 armchair. Plancha, TV + USB, chandelier-fan. Fully equipped independent kitchen (microwave, oven, gas stove, Senseo coffee maker...) with dining area. Shaded terrace with garden furniture. Mezzanine: First bedroom with 140 cm bed plus storage, and second bedroom in a row with 2 80 cm beds, plus storage. Here, we offer simple and functional accommodation, with good value for money. It's not a 3-star hotel. So if you arrive with the expectations of a palace while paying the price of a Formule 1 with showers and toilet on the landing, you may be disappointed. And frankly, it tires us a little. Guest access For the swimming pool: it is 300 m from the house. We have an arrangement with the village campsite that allows us to let our vacationers enjoy the swimming pool in return for a small contribution from you (an ice cream or a drink for example!) Please note that this campsite makes wood-fired pizzas every night in July/August! Other things to note 🚭 Non-smoking area inside Smoking is outside – even if it insists on staying warm! 🧺 PLEASE NOTE: Sheets and towels are not provided by default. If you don't want to sleep under the stars or dry yourself with your socks, remember to bring them! Otherwise, we can provide them for €10 per person. 🧹 CLEANING IS NOT OPTIONAL So there you go, we prefer to be transparent: The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and the garbage cans emptied. We like to welcome guests, not run commando missions after you leave😅. 👉 If cleaning is not your passion (we understand you!), you can opt for the cleaning package at €50 – simple, fast, stress-free. (to be communicated to me at the time of booking) 🚨 If the accommodation is returned dirty and the option has not been taken, a cleaning fee of €100 will be applied (with a sigh, but no hard feelings). 🐾 Animals on site! We share the land with our companions: a few discreet cats, and dogs in the garden. Don't panic: a fence separates the houses well, so you won't come across all these little creatures unexpectedly. 🏍️🚵‍♂️ Bikers and mountain bikers, you are welcome! A garage is available to pamper your two-wheeled mounts. 🐶 STOP TO DOGS: WE HAVE GIVEN. We love animals, really. But after picking up too many unsolicited surprises, cleaning nibbled sofas, calming repeated barking and repairing some nonsense... we had to say stop. So now it's clear: our dog friends are no longer accepted in the accommodation. It's not against Médor, it's against the lack of education of some of his cousins.
