Host must be given 24-hour notice to use. There is a $5 fee/load to cover machine's natural wear and tear. During your stay I am always available by AirBnB messaging, phone calls, and texts. I am usually in Atlanta at home so I'm available in person too. I go with the flow, I give the guests as much space as they need as if they aren't even there or down to hangout if you're visiting as a tourist.
