Experience Österlen's lovely views in this spacious and peaceful home. You are close to Sweden's most beautiful beaches, attractions, Ystad, Simrishamn, etc. The space You will be staying in one part of our residential building in the courtyard. The apartment is 140 sqm and used to contain, among other things, a brewery, a virgin chamber, storage for firewood, peat and ice. Was later renovated and rebuilt into an apartment. The location is quiet and secluded. You have access to a private patio, barbecue, free parking, well-equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher), 2 toilets, washing machine, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bunk bed, TV room with sofa bed (140 cm), room with dining area for 8, plenty of storage. Most basic items are available, if you run out of something, you can buy a new one. Please bring your own towels and bedsheets. You clean and leave the house in the same good condition as it was when you arrived. Cleaning can be arranged for a fee (SEK 1500), notify the host if this is desired. High chair and travel cot for small children are available. You have cycling distance to nice eateries, the nearest store is 2 kilometers away. To Österlen's fantastic beaches, you have 8 km. Ystad, Simrishamn and Tomelilla are about 20 km away. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and your patio. Other things to note Dogs and cats are in the yard. We run a farm so there are machines.
