Also feel free to ask about things to do in the area, etc. Any suggestions to improve the rental are welcome. Redington Shores is a best kept secret. Less crowded than most beaches, yet plenty to see and do! This area has a slower pace, for a more laid-back vibe. Short walk to many restaurants/bars, and shops. Walk for miles on the gorgeous beach. Bike, boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals close by. Nestled between Madeira Beach & Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores is the midway point for the 20 miles of beachfront living on the barrier islands of the the Gulf of Mexico. This places you in the perfect position to explore it all. There are lots of fun things to do from miniature golf, to deep sea fishing, to sunset dinner cruises and dolphin watching. Other areas to explore while you are visiting: St Petersburg has a great art and urban scene with many museums, over 300 murals, great restaurants, breweries, and events. Pass-a-Grille Beach, Fort Desoto State Park, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, Gulfport are also wonderful places with lots to offer. Most are within 30 minutes from your location. Frequent Trolley goes along Gulf Blvd to other area beaches. You can walk to many places. Uber & Lyft are readily available. Trolley also takes you to beautiful, vibrant downtown St Pete. 2 hour drive to Disney World. Busch Gardens about 45 minutes. Self check-in Locks are keyless entry keypad, but let us know of your anticipated arrival time and any delays, to make sure everything is well upon your arrival. Parking: Parking is directly in front of the building. The 1 bedroom units each have 1 designated parking space. The 2 bedroom unit has 2 designated parking spaces. Free parking is available on the street. There is public parking lot next door to property, (paid) overnight parking may not be allowed there. Downtown St Pete is worth checking out. Salvador Dali Museum and Museum of Fine Arts are worth checking out. Check for frequent festivals there and around beach area. Many other areas close by to check out including: Pass-a-Grille, Fort Desoto, Dunedin, Gulport to name a few. These are all withing 30 minutes or so from your location.
