The space This three bedroom home has three and a half baths, a beautiful waterfall outside, and the privacy of a gated community. Enter at the kitchen and dining area, with gorgeous wood counters and all new stainless steel appliances. The light and airy feel carries throughout the home with deck and windows facing the rolling mountainside. On the main level is the living room with comfortable seating, a TV, and wood stove. A half bath for guests' convenience is located off the living area. The Queen bedroom suite has a ceiling fan, deck access, and a private, classic subway tiled tub/shower combination, with double vanities. The second suit has a ceiling fan for comfort and a private bath with a tiled shower. On the lower level is a second family area with a 65" smart TV for movies or games. Cable is available in the home if you'd like to stay inside. A twin bed full of pillows is tucked under the stairs. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, and the full bath is in the hallway next to it with a combination tub/shower and pedestal sink. Outside is the large deck with seating and a gas grill. On the lower level is a stone patio to the private waterfall feature. The beautifully landscaped yard is a peaceful retreat for day to day life. A community pond is located just down the hill from the yard. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: ***All linens and towels included in home*** • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • The homeowners have a camera installed to monitor the driveway for security. No cameras are aimed into the home. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
