Bideford Bay Bungalow is a large modern detached bungalow in a quiet residential cul-de-sac with all the comforts of home including a double bedroom with En-suite, fast fibre WiFi, office table, conservatory, gym, private garden & self catering facilities. Westward Ho sea front, beaches, shops, restaurants etc are only a 10-minute walk down a lovely hill footpath past Kipling Tors & the SWCP or a 5 minute drive away. The space The house includes: - Sitting / living room with a 3 seat sofa, foot rest & armchair, desk and chair, coffee tables, 45in smart TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, Sky Freeview, VHS player. HiFi system. - Dining room with a large extendable table & 6 chairs. - Kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven with grill, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, selection of cookware, crockery & cutlery - Utility area: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron with ironing board - Conservatory with a sofa, coffee table and gym equipment, indoor clothes line and rack. - Private garden with tiled patio, large outdoor glass top table, 5 chairs, private 2 person seat, summer house, wood fired pizza oven / BBQ grill, rotary washing line, lawn & bushes The master bedroom includes: - En-suite with an electric shower, toilet, sink, wall cabinet with shaving mirror and shaver socket. Electric fan vent and opening window. Grab rails at convenient locations. Hand towel. - Solid metal double bed and bedding - 3 chests of drawers with side light - Built-in mirror door double wardrobe with hangers. - Blinds and curtains over an opening south facing window. - Lockable door. - Kettle, cups, coffee and tea. -A fold out bed is available on request for a child sharing the room with parents. There is an extra person charge to cover the extra bedding and cleaning. Parents are welcome to bring their own travel cot. Bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and a hand towel are provided. Sorry we don't provide body towels - PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BATH TOWELS. As a new host I will be doing everything possible to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Please don't hesitate to tell me if anything is not to your expectation or if you have some special requirements or plans. Out of hours access can be arranged via a key safe, to allow last minute, late or self-check-in options all at a bargain price. Flexible booking arrangements are possible, please message for more information. You can search the location via G Maps and discuss your booking requirements. The holiday home is described as "self-catering". Please leave the house clean and in good order. Someone will be available for help and advice, please don't hesitate to call if there are any problems or emergencies. Additional cleaning or bedding changes can be arranged at cost. Kitchen condiments such as salt, pepper, vinegar, tea, coffee, sugar together with cleaning products, dishwasher and washing machine detergent etc will most likely be available as a courtesy but is not guaranteed. You are able to leave your car on the driveway during your stay or charge your EV (at a nominal cost price). I have a type 1 charger, you can also plug in your own 3 pin 13A charger. EV charging is only currently possible by arrangement if myself or someone else is present. You are able to leave your surf boards or bikes in the back garden by arrangement. High Speed Fibre Broadband / Wi-Fi is available and is suitable for video. The 4G signal is also quite good here. The house is professionally cleaned. The house is smoke and pet free.
