Ideally situated between The Yorkshire Dales (10 minutes drive) & The Lake District (40 minutes drive). Close to Bentham, North Yorkshire. Quiet & off the main road. A great countryside getaway to relax & escape to the country but close to amenities & a great base to explore the area, cycling, walking, hiking or just relaxing. The space Complete self contained holiday cottage. Accommodation is adjoined to the main family home with its own private access & parking area. Over two floors, comprising of two kingsize ensuite bedrooms that can both be split into twin beds. Downstairs open plan kitchen, washroom/toilet, dining & living area. Separate outside utility area with washing & drying facilities available at a charge, as well as secure storage. Outside patio seating & grassed area. Guest access Access to self contained cottage. Patio & grassed area. Separate utility room. Washing/drying facilities at an extra charge & not usually available for 2 night only stays, but possible at the hosts discretion. Other things to note The site is not considered to be suitable for people with poor mobility. Property is accessed from the road over a cattle grid along approximately 300 metres of stoned track. All groups who are intending to just come & drink/party to excess are NOT welcome & will be asked to leave the property immediately. Any damage or excess cleaning upon discovery WILL require paying for. Any behaviour deemed unacceptable by the hosts will again result in the entire booking being asked to vacate the cottage immediately.
