It is my pleasure to present to you this modern, bright and beautifully decorated apartment in golden colors. The studio apartment has an equipped kitchen and its own bathroom with underfloor heating, smart TV with a large number of domestic and foreign channels. It is located in a quiet and beautiful area in Zvezdara, not far from many supermarkets and public transport lines. Near the villa there is also the Aviv shopping center, as well as the famous restaurant Trpeza (traditional Serbian cuisine). Welcome! The space The apartment is designed for one or two people and has everything for short and long stays. It is located 6 km from the city center and 18 km from Nikola Tesla Airport. The highway exit is 5 minutes by car from the apartment. Guest access Studio apartment with its own kitchen and private bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, as well as a microwave oven. Private parking is located right in front of the villa and is only available to our guests. We provide check-in (white card). Other things to note The property has 4 apartments that can accommodate 8 people. We kindly ask you to respect the ban on smoking in the apartment (there is a space for smokers in front of the building). Your personal documents are required for self check-in and guest registration. Thank you!
