The apartment has an equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with floor heating, a smart TV with a large number of domestic and foreign channels. It is located in a quiet and beautiful area in Zvezdari, not far from many shops and city transport lines. Near the villa there is also a market, where you can always buy fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as the famous restaurant Trpeza (traditional Serbian cuisine) Welcome! The space The apartment is intended for one or two people,has a private bathroom and its own kitchen . We are 6 km from the city center and 18 km from Nikola Tesla Airport. The highway exit is 5 minutes by car from the apartment. Guest access A studio with its own kitchen and private bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal , as well as a microwave oven . Private parking is right in front of the villa and is only available to our guests. Other things to note The property has 4 apartments that can accommodate 8 people. For longer stays, a free cleaning, linen change and laundry service is provided. A washing machine is available (surcharge 5 e per washing machine) in a special area in the building) We kindly ask you to respect the smoking ban in the apartment (there is a space for smokers in front of the building).
