Fully furnished private unit with lots of space. bedroom, bathroom, large closet area. Separate office space with futon. Fully stocked large kitchen. Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Plates, silverware, glassware , microwave, full size side by side refrigerator freezer. Range/ oven. Unit will come with a trash bag and pa Bedroom is furnished with bedding, furniture and bath towels. Temperature controlled heaters in each room. Window AC units avail during April- Sept The space Private apartment in a six unit apartment building. Fully furnished. Other things to note Non-smoking. There are no pets allowed, It is a policy on my commercial building insurance. No unauthorized guests. All guests in the unit must be on the reservation. 2 person max. Not suitable for children. If you have an alteration in your air bnb stay that changes the dates but more than 3 days, the alteration will be declined. I supply one set of queen size sheets and 1 comforters/ 1 blankets. Multiple pillows. Bath towels and hand towels for bath and kitchen. When you arrive there will be a roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a garbage bag in the garbage can. I do NOT replenish these items through your Long term stay. shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash and a hair dryer are not supplied. Please note yard work is still taking place around the building. It is a work in progress. Thank you for your patience. Garbage days are Wednesday morning. It’s everyone’s responsibility to make sure the garbage can (gray) and recycle bin (blue) is at the road TUESDAY NIGHT. It’s only 6 feet from where the garbage cans stay.
