Welcome to the Warehouse District of Downtown Traverse City! Aerie's View is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo just steps away from the sights and activities at West Grand Traverse Bay, West End Beach and volleyball courts, and the Open Space, and even closer to shopping, coffee, restaurants, and local craft libations! Enjoy your stay near the bay in the heart of Traverse City! The space Enter this newly built condo either through the one car garage or back entrance at the ground level. From here, head upstairs to the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. You'll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen with full size, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Dine at the breakfast bar, table for two, or veg out on the sectional sofa in front of the TV! A full bath with shower and adjoining laundry with front loading washer and dryer are just off the kitchen. When it's time to retire for the night you'll find the bedrooms on the third level. The primary bedroom has a king bed, dresser, smart TV, and closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet. The third level also has a full bath with shower. And don't forget to climb the spiral staircase to the Aerial's View rooftop patio! Take in the city's sights and sounds with a cup of coffee or enjoy the city lights and stargaze with a glass of wine! Lastly, for those working remotely, WiFi extenders have been placed on every level to ensure a good connection throughout the condo. Guest access Guests have access to the entirety of Aerie's View! The main level one car garage and entry, 2nd floor main living area, 3rd level bedrooms/bath, and rooftop patio! Other things to note The garage is suitable for one vehicle and while some guests have been able to fit an SUV or full size truck, we do not recommend it. Pulling in and out of the garage is difficult and not recommended with larger vehicles. There is paid parking on the streets nearby. Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs as this is a 4 level structure including the rooftop.
