Make memories in this one-of-a-kind Oceanfront property on Kure Beach. Each room/suite has been professionally decorated in a manner similar to high-end Disney resorts. The space You will go up one flight of exterior stairs and enter on the middle level which has 2 bedrooms, an open concept kitchen, bar seating for 3, dining table seating for 8, and 2 living room lounge areas. One bedroom has an attached bathroom with shower and the other smaller bedroom is off the kitchen and does not have a closet. The porch facing the ocean has a table with seating for 6. Middle Floor Room#1: Ariel’s “Under the Sea” Master Bedroom boasts a Queen bed and features treasures from Ariel’s private collection including Snarfblats, Dinglehoppers, & Thing-a-ma-bobs. Middle Floor Room #2: Lilo & Stitch’s “Surf Shack” room is off the kitchen and includes a treehouse/fort Bunkbed (twin on top, full on bottom) with plush Stitch toys. This room does not have a closet so hooks/hangers have been provided for hanging clothes. (Please note that the agreement with our cleaning provider is for clean linens to be folded and placed on the bunk beds, but they will not be made up.) The upper level has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with tub/shower combos, and a laundry room. Upper Level, Room #3: Moana & Maui’s “Island” room includes Moana’s Raft (full-sized bed) and a Queen-sized Motunui bed accessorized with Pua & Hei-Hei plush figures, Moana’s Paddle and Maui’s Hook. Upper Level, Room #4: Nemo & Dory’s “Reef” room features a two level boat Bunkbed (twin over twin) and Queen Pier bed accessorized with Dory, Nemo, Bruce and Crush plush figures and wall art. (Please note that the agreement with our cleaning provider is for clean linens to be folded and placed on the bunk beds, but they will not be made up.) Upper Level, Room 5: Pirates of the “Carribean” family suite features a King bed, Queen bed, and 2 twin roll away beds with an ocean view and a private deck. Garage: The garage is not included in this rental listing. This house is part of an HOA community that includes access to 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, an indoor hot tub, work out room, tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, and playground. The HOA amenities are located directly across the road from our house (a short 2 minute walk). You will need a Rec center to access the indoor amenities. PETS. Pets approved on a case by case basis. Please send a message describing the type of pet is it, its age, and vaccination status. Carolina & Kure Beach has several ordinances pertaining to dogs. “For instance, it is unlawful for owners to allow their dog to be off their property without being on a leash or restraint which shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet in length. It is also unlawful for anyone to take the animal off its own property limits without the means of removal of pet feces. Persons in possession of the animal must immediately and properly remove and dispose of their animal's feces from any area within the limits of the Town of Kure Beach, except their own private property. Additionally, it shall be unlawful for any person to have or allow their dog to be upon the beach strand of Kure Beach during the period of April 1 through September 30 of each year between the hours of 5pm-9am.” Other things to note Provisions: We provide towels based on the number of guests on your reservation, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, trash bags and limited dishwasher soap/laundry detergent. We do not provide food, spices, cooking oil, sunscreen, coffee/sugar/cream, first aid supplies, or toiletries. We have had dozens of beach chairs stolen, broken, and left on the beach to wash into the ocean so we no longer provide these.
