Each room has a beautiful view of the garden and pond, each with its own private bathroom (with toilet). 2 living rooms, 4 sofas including a very large sofa facing the imposing fireplace. 1 dining room for 14 people. Beautiful wooden extension table, bistro chairs and plexi for a modern touch. Large bay windows overlooking the park, pond and grasslands for absolute calm. In winter, 2 functional fireplaces to bask in front of the fire. Wood provided upon request. In summer, garden furniture, parasol, Weber gas BBQ, brazier... Guest access As part of a privatization, access to the entire house and garden Other things to note In the interests of ecology and economy, electricity is extra, billed at the actual consumption via the EDF app (at the actual rate) In summer, plan around €10 per day, in winter between €20 and €30 per day, depending on your consumption. The ground floor is heated with oil via underfloor heating, this is included in the rental, only the rooms are heated with electricity which is extra.
