Welcome to our charming home away from home just a short walk away from the beach! Enjoy this entire home to yourself! You'll be welcomed to a cozy space for you to kick back and relax after a day of beach adventures, concerts, or just to hang out with family/friends. This space includes a fully stocked kitchen and fridge, patio with grill and fire pit, washer/dryer, and an indoor gym! There is plenty of closet space and a desk for your office/business needs as well. The space ****UPDATE TO PROPERTY: We have moved a 40ft school bus to the property to convert into a tiny home. We ask that no one goes into the bus as a safety precaution. No one will be working on or in the bus during your stay. We just would like you to be aware that this is on the property and impossible to miss seeing during your stay!**** The entire space is all to yourself! This is a private home at the end of a dead end street, with a driveway for parking and a fenced in backyard. The home has 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 King bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living area, dining area, gym, desk/work area, washer/dryer and a game room with couches. The space comfortably sleeps 6 and may accommodate additional guests upon request of an air mattress for $25 extra a person. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, pots and pans, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, and all utensils needed to prepare meals. There is an outdoor patio with a seating area, grill, and fire pit. This home also has 2 smart TVs, WiFi, and plenty of books. You are a 5-10 minute walk from the West Haven beach, a 5 minute drive from the Metro-North train station and I-95 highway. There are also several restaurants/bars located in the area about 15-20 minutes away. We also have concert venues a short drive or train ride away as well. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with front door password access. This is a private rental and the guests will be the only people on the property during the rental period. The code will be sent to guests prior to check in.
