Kick back and relax in my custom built brand new home! Enjoy the calm, clean and stylish walkout lower level space with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including an outdoor private space amongst wild flowers & a lush green forest. Located within walking distance to beautiful downtown Annapolis Royal! Restaurants, a Brewery, Gift Shops, Cafes/Bakery, Historic Gardens, Museums, Fort Anne, the Annapolis River, Saturday & Wednesday Markets, local artists and walking/biking trails. The space The suite has a separate entrance at the back of the house and the entire lower level is completely private and yours to enjoy including the back patio with 2 Muskoka (Adirondack) chairs under a covered porch. The bedroom has one Queen bed, room darkening shades and a night table and just outside the door a small table with 2 drawers. The 4 pc bathroom suite includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer & a few extra essentials in case you forgot something! The kitchenette includes a 6 slice convection oven, kettle, a Keurig machine, coffee, coffee cream, bar fridge w/freezer, bar sink, a crock pot and all the dishes, cutlery and utensils you will need. The Livingroom/rec room includes a sofa (pulls out into a sofa bed for extra comfort while watching your favourite Netflix series or movie), wall mounted TV with access to Netflix and Apple TV, an electric fireplace, table with 2 chairs, guitar, board games and a retro style AM/FM Bluetooth stereo/receiver and weights for exercising. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire lower suite as described. Other things to note PARKING: I will greet you upon arrival and show you where to park. Lots of space to park and a circular driveway to ensure easy entry and safe exit out on to the main road. PET LIVES ON SITE: Please note that I have a 10 year old Boxer named Harley who will be super excited to greet you as well. If you are not a fan of dogs, I won't hold that against you.... but please let me know ahead of time. And not to worry, he will stay upstairs with me. If however you love dogs, well I promise you, you will love them even more after meeting my Harley bear! I rent him out to dog lovers for a small fee (just kidding of course lol) Feel free to message me if you'd like some Harley time & lovins - he's a St. John's Ambulance Therapy Dog, a leaner, a wannabe lap dog and absolutely loves good hearted humans, side scratches and belly rubs! LAUNDRY: Please note that the washer and dryer that is in the unit is for guests private use for short term stays only.
