Guest access Upon arrival, you will find the key in a key safe located on the left-hand wall of the main entrance (the black box at the top). The access code will be provided a few days before your arrival. Please open the key safe, take the key, and make sure to close it again. Use the key to enter the building, then proceed straight to the elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and turn right – you will find the apartment door there. Open it with the key and make yourself at home. Inside the apartment, you will find further information about the internet and other helpful details. We wish you a pleasant and comfortable stay. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out at any time. Other things to note Our laundry room is located in the basement and is available for your use free of charge. Please use the washing machine labeled “Tomasevic.” You are welcome to use any detergent or laundry products you find on top of the washing machine. We simply ask that, in case of heavier use, you kindly replace what you have used for the next guests. Please note: The washing machine is the only appliance available for laundry (no dryer). A drying rack is provided in the apartment for your convenience. We recommend drying your clothes inside the apartment, as items left in the basement may occasionally go missing.
