The first floor offers laundry facilities and a convenient half bath. The open floor plan includes a dining area and a spacious living room with breathtaking ocean views through wall-to-wall windows. Step outside to a beautifully landscaped yard, a large back deck with a grill, and comfortable outdoor seating—perfect for your seaside retreat. Free dockage is available for small boats with outboard motors. Two queen-sized air mattresses are provided for extra guests. ✨✨ Please note: This home is not baby or toddler-proof. While a playpen is provided, there are no baby gates for the deck or interior stairs. Guests with young children should take necessary precautions for their safety during your stay. ✨✨ Rhode Island law requires that anyone using a floatation device, paddleboard, or kayak must wear a life jacket. Non-compliance can result in a $100 fine imposed by the DEM. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property. Other things to note One side of the dock is rented, but guests still have full access to the dock.
