Cozy Retreat Tucked in the Heart of Amish Country

Welcome to heaven on earth! This cozy cabin tucked between the quiet woods and a beautiful scenic pond in the valley will have you wanting to cancel plans and lounge with a good book all day. Start your morning with coffee, rocking on the porch and bird watching over the pond. Spend the day exploring Berlin, Millersburg or Mohican (all within a very short drive). As the day turns into night, enjoy gooey marshmallows over the campfire while listening to the bullfrogs sing. The space Perfect for families and couples alike, our cozy, one-room cabin provides plenty of beds to sleep the whole family. A full kitchen in this studio-style space allows you to prepare your own meals while the kids enjoy a game of Apples to Apples. After dinner, head out for a short pedal boat ride around the pond, see what fish are biting, or grab a book and kick your feet up on the hammock. The possibilities are endless! Guest access Our guests are welcome to everything the cabin area has to offer, stretching about 2 acres. Included at the cabin is a pedal boat, fire wood, books, cooking utensils and flatware, and more! Other things to note When we say "peace and tranquility", we also mean seclusion and stepping away from the bustle. This cozy cabin is hidden at the end of a winding, quarter-mile drive off of a township road. Some call it off-the-beaten-path; we call it perfection! disclaimer: if you choose to visit in the winter, we ask that you please have a 4WD vehicle. If snow falls, you won't make it out without it. We do not recommend bringing a motorcycle. The access is by a steep, winding gravel driveway. Please note that we provide firewood and you’ll find some kindling/cardboard in the storage container on the porch for any fires you’d like to have. We do not, however, provide charcoal for the grill. You will need to bring you own.
