This three-story property, located at The Hub/Big Chill within Prominence on the southside of 30A, offers a generous 3500 square feet of space, enough to comfortably accommodate 11+ people. Beach access via Deer Lake state park or Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access is a 5 min bike ride away. The space The first floor features an open layout with a living area, dining area, gourmet kitchen, and a courtyard, perfect for entertaining and relaxation. Second floor has the master suite with king bed, separate tub and shower and large walking closet. Also on this floor is the laundry and a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Third floor has the queen over queen bunk room that has a large balcony. The bunk room has a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared with the fourth bedroom that has a king size bed and a desk for those needing to work. Guest access Entire house is available with access to the courtyard and garage where the golf cart is stored. The apartment over the garage is private and not included in the rental. Other things to note We offer large beach towels, 2 bikes, a couple of beach chairs and beach toys. Access to the LSV/golf cart is contingent on signing the rental agreement and acknowledgment that the same rules that apply to driving a car apply to LSV’s - car seats required for children, only driven by 16+ year old with valid drivers license and seat belts must be worn at all times. Walton County and the HOA security enforce these rules. Any fines and parking tickets will be charged to guests.
