Beulah's cottage is within walking distance to shops, various trails, hospitals, schools and the golf club. Various wine farms and markets within 5min drive away. The cottage is across a big park which makes it perfect for travelers with kids or pets. The space This self- catering 54sqm apartment comprise of a 1 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms (en-suite) and an open plan living/ dining area and kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with all household requirements and appliances including a kettle, toaster, gas hob and microwave. Basics like milk, coffee, tea and condiments are provided. The lounge area has a nice open feeling to it with views on the garden. There is a smart TV with Netflix for those that like to enjoy a movie or series. And with a 50 Mbps uncapped fibre line, this is the perfect spot to work remotely. The bedroom is nice and sunny with a King bed(extra length) that can be converted in 2 single beds. The bathroom is ensuite and consists of a shower, basin and toilet. There is a desk and comfy chair in the bedroom for those that need to get some work done. The bedroom has big sliding doors that leads onto an outside patio in the garden. Here guests can make use of the outside braai with complimentary wood provided. There is a parking on the property at the entrance to the cottage. Other things to note Although Billy our lab is in the photo, he will not be in your space at all as he has a massive yard for himself.
