Brand new 2-bedroomed basement flat with private patio area situated on the West Cliff area of town just round the corner from the famous Whitby Whalebones - close enough to access everything in a few minutes but a quieter area for a lovely nights sleep! The space The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table with hair dyer and complimentary cosmetic items. The second stylish seaside themed bedroom has a comfortable double bed, vanity area and wardrobe with drawers. Both have full length mirrors and are centrally heated. The large bright and airy lounge/diner/kitchen area has ample space for a 3 seater leather sofa and a reclining chair in front of a log effect electric fire which can be set at different colours to suit your mood and a 43" wall mounted Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven with halogen hob, large fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and all the utensils you will need for a family. The modern bathroom has a full size bath with overhead rainfall shower and hand attachment to relax in after a long day exploring the town and local area. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are included. Guest access You will have sole use of the 2-bedroomed basement apartment and your own patio area at the front. Guests of my 2 flats above have shared use of the upper patio area so feel free to use that if you want to enjoy the views of St Marys church, the Abbey and the famous 199 steps - make some new friends at the same time!! Other things to note I have three flats in the house sharing two onsite parking spaces in the rear yard. If these have already been reserved when you book you can have use of my pass for the West Cliff car park at the top of the street with over 400 spaces (saving £9 a day parking fees)! Complimentary parking scratch cards enabling you to park on the nearby streets are another option. My family run the Whitby Pitch and Putt and Footgolf Course just around the corner from the flat so enjoy a free game during your stay (subject to the golf being open in the season).
