All 3 air conditioned bedrooms with televisions and safe boxes are located on the top floor, where you also have a wonderful balcony which overlooks your swimming pool and the nearby fields. A lovely covered terrace located on the ground floor features a stone barbecue, large dining table and a seating area. From there you have direct access to your amazing private swimming pool and a lovely garden that comes with a basketball court, children's playground with swings, trampoline, table tennis, a bocce ball court, 5 bicycles and much more... Plenty of private parking space is secured for the guests, as well as a fast WiFi connection. Your house provides a great location too as National Park Krka is reachable in a short 15-minute car drive, same as Nature Park Lake Vrana and the coastal towns of Pirovac and Vodice. Both Zadar and Split are less than an hour away, while Sibenik can be reached in half an hour. This makes villa Storia an ideal base for enjoying Dalmatia's countryside atmosphere while also being able to easily explore the rest of this amazing region.
