The space Our spacious studio is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and it provides you with everything you need for a relaxing stay: 🗻Peaceful terrace with breathtaking views and patio furniture, 🧑‍🍳 Well-equipped kitchen (including cooking basics and coffee pods), 🛏️ King-size bed (bed linens included), 🧼 Renovated bathroom with walk in shower (fluffy towels are provided), 🚗 Reserved parking spot, car mandatory Guest access You have full access to the entire apartment, the entire terrace and a free parking spot in front of the house. None of these spaces are shared. Other things to note 🚗 Having a car is necessary as the bus service is limited. Free parking spot provided. You must also be able to drive narrow windy roads. 👆It is necessary to walk and carry your bags up/down three flights of stairs to the apartment, no lift. 💦Please do not remove our shower attachment and be mindful not to allow water to run on the floor. 🕷️The apartment is located in the countryside, so you may come across small harmless insects and critters like geckos, bees, grass snakes, spiders, flies, etc. 🚗 Interlaken is about 30 minutes away by car. 🧺 The apartment does not have a washer or dryer. 🚭This is a strictly NON-SMOKING property. This includes the terrace. 🚫We do not permit anyone under the age of 12 years to stay in this apartment, including infants. 🚫 Please do not remove any of our things from the property. For example, towels and glasses. 🤫 It is essential to respect the neighbors and maintain peace and quiet during the designated quiet hours, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM every day. Sleeping on the sofa is not allowed. The bed is the ONLY option. We reserve the right to refuse all 3rd party bookings.
