The space Our spacious studio is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and it provides you with everything you need for a relaxing stay: 🗻Peaceful private terrace with breathtaking views and patio furniture, 🧑‍🍳 Well-equipped kitchen (including cooking basics and coffee pods), 🛏️ King-size bed (bed linens included), 🧼 Renovated bathroom with walk in shower (fluffy towels are provided), 🚗 Reserved parking spot, car mandatory 🚫 We cannot accommodate children under 12, including infants. Guest access You have full access to the entire apartment, the entire terrace and a free parking spot in front of the house. None of these spaces are shared. Other things to note 🚗 Having a car is necessary as the bus service is limited. Free parking spot provided. You must also be able to drive narrow windy roads. 👆It is necessary to walk and carry your bags up/down three flights of stairs to the apartment, no lift. 💦Please do not remove our shower attachment and be mindful not to allow water to run on the floor. 🕷️The apartment is located in the countryside, so you may come across small harmless insects and critters. 🚗 Interlaken is about 30 minutes away by car. 🧺 The apartment does not have a washer or dryer. 🚭This is a strictly NON-SMOKING property. This includes the terrace. 🚫We do not permit anyone under the age of 12 years to stay in this apartment, including infants. 🚫 Please do not remove any of our things from the property. For example, towels and glasses. 🤫 It is essential to respect the neighbors and maintain peace and quiet during the designated quiet hours, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM every day. 🚫Sleeping on the sofa is not allowed. The bed is the ONLY option. The apartment is in a peaceful, rural setting, there are limited activities to do directly in the neighbourhood, you must drive to other sites, landmarks or to conduct other sightseeing activities. We reserve the right to refuse all 3rd party bookings.
