Spacious studio with breathtaking mountain-lake backdrop, well-equipped kitchen, and terrace with a panorama view is a peaceful base for Thunersee area. You'll easily reach the region’s highlights by car (not by bus). Just to name a few;towns of Brienz, Interlaken,Thun, Lauterbrunnen, castles of Oberhofen, Hünegg and Spiez,mountains Niesen, Niederhorn,St. Beatus Caves, endless hiking, of course, the lake. Please read down to the 'Other Details to Note' as it also contains important information. The space Our spacious studio is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and it provides you with everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can enjoy a peaceful terrace with breathtaking views and patio furniture, a reserved parking spot, a well-equipped kitchen (including cooking basics and coffee pods), a king-size bed (bed linens included), and a recently renovated bathroom with walk in shower (fluffy towels are provided). Guest access You have full access to the entire apartment, the entire terrace and a free parking spot in front of the house. None of these spaces are shared. Other things to note • Having a CAR is necessary as the bus service up the hill is limited in frequency and does not go up the hill past 6:00 p.m. Free parking spot provided! • It is necessary to walk up/down three flights of stairs to the apartment. There isn’t a lift. You must be able to carry your own bags. • Please do not remove our shower attachment and be mindful not to allow water to run on the floor. • The apartment is located in the countryside, so you may come across small harmless insects and critters like geckos, bees, grass snakes, spiders, flies, etc. • Interlaken is about 30 minutes away by car. • This is a strictly NON-SMOKING property. This includes the terrace. • We do not permit anyone under the age of 12 years to stay in this apartment, including infants. Please do not remove any of our things from the property. For example, towels and glasses. It is mandatory to respect the neighbors and maintain peace and quiet during the designated quiet hours which are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM every day. Sleeping on the sofa is not allowed. The bed is the ONLY option. During late spring, summer, and possibly into the fall, the building's heating system is set to sleep mode, which means the heaters won't respond. This is a normal occurrence in the Swiss countryside. However, we have provided a Dyson cool/warm fan in the apartment for your use. We reserve the right to refuse all 3rd party bookings. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
