During your stay Either I or Juan Carlos are usually at the restaurant during the day, and we are always available if you need anything. For your comfort and safety, the area has night security presence and regular patrols, both from the street and beach side. Other things to note We are located directly on Cortecito Beach, in a vibrant area with nearby restaurants and bars. 🎶 At times, especially in the evenings, you may hear music and enjoy a lively beach atmosphere. 🛠️ Our building is continuously being improved, so occasional light maintenance work may take place. If you are looking for a quiet luxury resort, this may not be the right fit. But if you want to stay right by the ocean, feel the breeze, and experience the real Caribbean — you will love it here. 🌴 As part of a tropical beachfront environment: 🦟 Mosquitoes and small insects may appear, especially in the evenings. 🦎 Small geckos are common, harmless, and part of the natural ecosystem. 🌡️ The climate is warm and humid, especially in summer. 🐾 There are several friendly cats on the property.
