It is a 5-minute walk from the charming port of Cassis and all amenities. You can park your car safely and enjoy Cassis on foot: its market, its port, its beaches and its coves. Close to all shops. All comforts: fiber wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hairdryer, iron, etc. The apartment is located in a condominium, so it is necessary to respect the rules: • No noise, and therefore no parties or events. When you enjoy the terrace in the late hours, please think about the noise! • Compliance with the rules displayed at the entrance to the pool. • No linen or towels stretched on the railings of the balconies. • Selective sorting (the garbage chute cannot be used). A free parking space is reserved for the apartment, guests will have to park outside. The swimming pool is reserved for the occupants of the residence, and accessible from mid-May to October.
