Relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful oasis and bring your furry friends along for the fun! BBQ a nice meal and enjoy it on the tranquility of the deck overlooking nature. Enjoy the beautiful lake down the street, hop on the swings, play a game of volleyball, or fish, fun times are endless! Enjoy lots of games, PS4, YouTube TV, pool table and much more! The space Our cozy cabin is an open layout making it perfect for everyone. The first floor has a fully renovated bathroom and our laundry room which is stocked with detergent. As you continue on the 1st floor, it is our beautiful game room with a pool table and PlayStation 4, there are plenty of card and board games as well! We promise, you will not get bored here! Alongside the game room there are two bedrooms with two twin beds in each. The main level is the kitchen with new appliances ready for you and your fellow guests. We have a coffee bar section, stocked with coffee and espressos. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each as well as a full bathroom on the second floor. Our living room is extremely spacious, which is perfect to host a large group! The final level is the peaceful loft, enjoy a seat in the egg chair overlooking the forest view. The master room is a king bed with a full bathroom, there is a sofa bed/futon which is perfect for any modified sleeping arrangements that may be necessary. Our window AC units will only be put in late May to September! We are four houses down from the lake, about a 2-3 minute walk or quicker depending on speed. You are able to park in the Lake parking lot, there is one lot on the left side by the kayak racks and the other on right side by the beach area. We supply clean sheets and blankets no need to pack anything for the beds! We supply 10 towels, if you need more feel free to wash any towels as we have detergent in laundry room. We supply 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and the community's amenities, which include: Lake Guenevere and Lake Kathryn, the beach at Lake Guenevere, beach volleyball court, picnic tables, swings! Other things to note Upon your arrival please use the main entrance on the left side of the house. There is a keypad that will allow you to enter with your individual code, which will be provided to you as your reservation nears. Please be cautious with the front staircase should you use them, as they are quite steep. The side door on the lower level will be the door you use upon entering and leaving the home as there is no keypad to the entrance on the deck. Any pets that are not disclosed while booking or prior to check-in will be charged double the standard pet fee. The pet fee of $40 is per two pets, any additional pet will be charged accordingly! Late check- outs will be charged a fee of $50 as this delays our cleaning company. We will do our best to accommodate any requests asked in advance. Any garbage and food left at the home will be charged a fee of $25. You must take all garbage to our community’s disposal location and take all the food out of the fridge/freezer.
