We have a suite on property that houses my father and sometimes our 2 cats are around the property. He access his suite through the back gate and he keeps to himself. Guest access Prior to your arrival, I will provide you with a front door access code for easy self-check-in. During your stay, you will have full access to the house, the large patio, and the backyard. For insurance and safety reasons, access to the garage, shed, green storage shed, and hot tub is not included with the rental. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Other things to note We wanted to let you know that our neighborhood was selected for new residential development. During the summer months, you may notice construction activity at the north end of Ross Road, including construction vehicles and equipment. The wooded area across the street has already been cleared for future homes, and there may be road construction occurring at various times. At this point, we have been provided with very limited information regarding the construction schedule, timing, or potential impacts. While we do not expect construction to affect your stay significantly, we want to be transparent so there are no surprises.
