(Note: The pool is closed between October 1, 2025 and May 1, 2026!) Villa Dora is located in the Akıncı Neighborhood of Ortaca, one of the most preferred districts of Muğla for vacations. Our villa was built in 2023 by Architect Suzan İlhan and Civil Engineer Murat Ozan İlhan, who are also the hosts, and was named after their only daughter, Dora. The space Our villa is a luxury holiday villa with a size of 4+1 and a capacity of 6 beds (2 double, 4 single). The garden and pool are completely protected so that they cannot be seen from the outside and there are no houses on the neighboring borders of the land. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms-toilets (1 master, 2 shared), separate laundry room, air conditioning in each room. There is no parking problem in the villa and it is the only house on the street. There is free Wi-Fi connection. There is a barbecue area, a lounge area and garden seating groups in the garden. The pool is 1.50 m deep and the swimming area is 6.5-4.60m-1.85m, 21m^2. There are sun loungers and a seating area around the pool. Garden and pool cleaning is done once a day, when you are not at home or early in the morning, according to your preference. Registration Details 48-0557
