Spacious double room

A beautiful, freshly renovated room, close to the hospital and train station with easy access to the M6. I'm Louise, I'm 28 and I live alone with my dog and cat, it would be a pleasure to welcome you to stay. I am a student doctor studying at Keele University so I'm usually out of the house during the day. You are welcome to use the kitchen and living area as much or as little as you'd like - same with the washer/dryer. Make yourself at home! There is driveway space for 1 car. The space Your room includes a small desk and chair, a kettle with tea/coffee/milk/oat milk and plenty of storage for you to use. There's a 32" 4K HD smart TV with Netflix, Prime and all the usual channels ready to go. There are 2 plug sockets in the room, both with 2 USB sockets, along with a 4 socket extension lead next to the desk. You will have your own key to the front door and to the bedroom, allowing you to come and go freely whenever you like and to secure your room. The bathroom has a big walk in shower and separate bath and there is fresh towels provided (and plenty more if you need them). The kitchen is fully kitted out with a double oven, gas hob, dishwasher etc. Plus all the pots/pans and utensils you might need. There is also a coffee machine that is always stocked with beans! Although the inside of the house is almost entirely freshly renovated, I haven't got round to the outside yet so the garden doesn't quite match the house! Guest access There is off-road parking with CCTV monitoring of the driveway. There is a key safe on the outside of the house for if I'm not in when you check in/out. During your stay I'm always available if you have any questions or issues, please just call or text Other things to note I have a very big but extremely friendly dog and a little cat so if you don't like animals (or their hair) this may not be the stay for you! Angus is a gentle giant, he's very calm and never barks so you don't need to worry about being jumped on or kept awake at night! Chris is a very affectionate little cat so if snuggles are your thing, you're in luck!
