MUNI Luana: Two-minute drive to Elyu's Surftown

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: LUANA is a minimalist nordic one-bedroom unit that is only a 2-minute drive to San Juan's surfing spots, restaurants, cafés, bars, and other famous establishments. If you want a more peaceful visit to the beach, there is also a less populated area which is only a 5-minute walk from the unit. The space The unit is equipped with: Bedroom: • double size bed • extra folding mattress (if three to four guests) • air conditioner • clothes rack and hangers • night lamp and side table • extension cord • full-body vanity mirror Private kitchenette: • microwave • mini refrigerator • rice cooker • electric kettle • plates, cups, cutlery, pitcher • one bottled water per guest • complimentary coffee • dishwashing liquid, sponge Private bathroom: • shampoo • body wash • fresh towels (1 towel per guest) • tissue Private dining/living room: • wi-fi (gfiber plan 1799) • board games • portable fan • chairs and table • vanity mirror • first-aid kit • diffuser • fire extinguisher Others: • private balcony • chairs in the balcony • security camera outside the unit (entrance) • gated parking space • cleaning materials • emergency light • smoke alarm Other things to note More info about the unit: • PRIVATE KITCHENETTE, DINING AREA, BATHROOM, AND BALCONY In this unit, you will have your own kitchenette, toilet and bath, dining area, and a private balcony. • LOCATION Luana is only a 2-minute drive to San Juan, Elyu's surfing spots, restaurants, cafes, bars, and other famous establishments. If you want a more peaceful visit to the beach, there is also a less populated area which is only a few minutes walk from the unit. Here are some of the nearby famous restos & cafés: Kabsat, Flotsam & Jetsam, Tavern by the Sea, Tagpuan, El Union, Mad Monkeys, Sebay, Kermit La Union, Sabong Fried Chicken, Masa Bakehouse, etc, etc, etc! We provide a complete list and Elyu guidebooks to booked guests. • CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in time starts at 2PM, and check-out is strictly on or before 12NN. We allow early check-ins and late check-outs for a fee (Php 150 per hour). But if the unit is fully-booked, guests need to STRICTLY follow the check-in and check-out times, or there will be penalties. • STAIRCASE As seen in the photos, access to the unit involves going up a staircase. Kindly keep this in mind if you have any mobility concerns. • NUMBER OF GUESTS Luana Home can comfortably house two guests, but you may squeeze in up to two more guests for an additional fee. Each additional guest will be provided with a single folding mattress, pillow, blanket, towel, coffee, and dental kit. Take note that this unit can only house a maximum of four guests (strictly). Lastly, please make sure to declare the correct number of guests arriving, so Airbnb can adjust the nightly rate accordingly. • NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. Guests are not allowed to exceed the total number of people they booked. If caught letting visitors in, penalties will be imposed. • TRANSPORTATION All kinds of transportation are available just outside the unit (buses, jeepneys, tricycles). Jeepney fare to San Juan is 13/head, and tricycle fare is 20-35/head, depending on how many people will ride the tricycle. • PARKING For guests with cars, a reserved gated parking space is available. Please park responsibly and follow the parking lines - the management will not be responsible for any damage to vehicles. • LAUNDROMAT, CONVENIENCE STORES, KARINDERYAS There are a lot of sari-sari stores in the area. There is also a 7/11 nearby, just a 2-minute drive from Luana. In case you need to do your laundry, there is also a laundromat nearby. If you want affordable food options, there are about five karinderyas just steps away from our unit. • NO SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Luana under any circumstances. If you need to smoke, please go outside. • NO PETS ALLOWED Bringing of pets is not allowed. As much as we want to accommodate guests with pets, some travellers may have pet allergies. • NOISE CURFEW Please tone down the noise between 10PM to 8AM to avoid disturbance. • SECURITY CAMERA/CCTV A friendly reminder/disclosure that we do have a security camera placed at the entrance of the unit for security purposes. • LONG TERM STAYS For long term stays (ex. two weeks), we will change your beddings and provide fresh towels every four days. • POWER INTERRUPTIONS We currently do not have a generator, but in case of unscheduled/unannounced power interruptions, we provide rechargeable fans and lights to guests (don't worry because power interruptions rarely happen in La Union). In case there will be a scheduled power interruption, we always announce this to our guests so they could prepare. • FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES Any violation will incur a penalty of Php 1,000. This includes late check-outs, smoking inside the hostel, bringing inside unregistered guests, etc. • REBOOKINGS & REFUNDS Before you book, make sure that your dates are final as reservation fees are non-refundable. Changing of dates after booking is also not allowed, since we will already hold the dates for you, and will no longer entertain any inquiries on your booked dates. Please note: Any changes or cancellations made by the guest after confirmation do not affect the original booking or payment terms.
