The master bedroom features a King size bed and a walk-in shower, with a picturesque view of the river and direct access to the deck. Two Queen size bedrooms share a bathroom/tub combo, one of which also has a view of the deck and river. Need more space? There's an additional Queen bedroom just off the main staircase as well as a bunk room attached to the bottom level of the home. Guests will enjoy the large, fully stocked kitchen and inviting living room with a large screen HDTV. You can cook up a storm or relax and take in the mesmerizing view of the river. And when it's time to unwind, head out to the shaded deck with plenty of outdoor seating and BBQ grills for a true Texas feast. New Braunfels is a very golf-cart-friendly town and the "lokals" favorite mode of transportation! The golf carts and tubes are dropped off at the property prior to your arrival, aired up/gassed up, so all you have to do when you arrive is jump on in! Let us help get your vacation started even sooner! ::Grocery Delivery:: Pre-grocery delivery service is now available! We've teamed with trusted local partner, The Welcome Basket, so our valued guests can now arrive to their vacation home with a well stocked kitchen. We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels making it a perfect option for our private travels. Additional fees could apply if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds or if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet, and/or if we find damage to any part of the home.
