The space It is an enabled B&B that is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood of Villa La Angostura, halfway between downtown and the Port of the Villa. It's a unique and charming place with beautiful views of the hills. Close to beaches, forests, and the ski resort. With options to enjoy all year round. It is a 300 m2 mountain house nestled in a 3000 m2 park, with native species and a large organic garden with a greenhouse. We have 4 rooms to accommodate our guests: *Andes: Triple with kitchen and private bathroom. 30 m2 room with separate entrance overlooking the park and hills. It has a double bed, a sailor sofa bed, a wardrobe and a table. Independent sector with 3 bedrooms that share a bathroom and a living room: *Sauco: Double room of 10 m2, with desk and large closet, overlooking the park and the hills. *Maqui: Double room of 10 m2, with desk and large closet, overlooking the park and the hills. *Raspberry: Double twin or double 10 m2, with large closet, overlooking the garden. Regional homemade breakfast service is included. Guest access The B&B rooms have a separate entrance from the park. Guests can access the full bathroom and the living room. Guests can access the full bathroom and the living room, which has a table with chairs and a cabinet with dishes and board games. These are shared with other guests and family (maximum 6 people). Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the hills and park, which is on the top floor. In the park you can enjoy walks through the organic garden, or observe wild birds, free-range chickens or our pets: the friendly dog Laika and the curious cat Pelusa. Perhaps rest in the hammock or share moments around the stove. Also prepare a roasted meal in the chulengo. Children will have the opportunity to play on the trampoline with safety net or shoot hoops. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests and family. During your stay Sandra and Darío are the hosts and homeowners. We are attentive to the needs of our guests, respecting their privacy. We like to interact with them by giving them recommendations and interesting facts to enjoy their stay in the region. We offer you a homemade breakfast in our dining room overlooking the hills and the park. It includes homemade sweets made with fruits from our organic garden, cheese and homemade breads, cakes prepared with eggs from our free-range hens and other quality regional products.
