The apartment now has three bedrooms. Two main bedrooms are beautifully presented double and king size bed with spectacular sea views, perfect for slow mornings and evening sunsets. The third bedroom is a non–sea-view room set up with two single beds, ideal for children or occasional extra guests. For practical comfort, the apartment has one shower room with a toilet, plus an additional separate toilet. This setup suits four guests very comfortably, but can feel a little tight at peak times (mornings and evenings) for a full group of six, especially with young children. Standard pricing is based on the use of the two main bedrooms (normal capacity of four guests). The third bedroom can be added on request and attracts an additional charge to cover extra cleaning, laundry, and changeover, calculated as a per-person cost above the standard occupancy. Guests also have access to a ground-floor utility garage with a washing machine, ideal for longer stays or sandy beach days.
