The City of Richmond Heights, Missouri is a suburb of St. Louis County. It is ideally located at the intersection of Interstates 64 and 170 in the heart of the St. Louis metro area. It is minutes away from many major features, and attractions available in the area like Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, downtown St. Louis and its riverfront attractions, Forest Park, and St. Louis County government headquarters. With plenty of public transportation via bus, train station is a half a mile from the property and bike lanes in the street, you will have no shortage of options for getting around. 1. No parties or events allowed. Any infractions on this will result in a $500 fee. Airbnb is very strict on this so I’m unable to host any events. 2. No smoking or illegal drugs inside of property. No more than 6 guests can occupy this property as it’s a violation of the occupancy permit in this county. 5. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 6. Please make sure to only dump the trash that is on the side of the house and not outside the door or the neighbor trash. There will be a trash can for each side sitting right outside the house. Only dump trash that is in a bag and no loose trash.
