This apartment is in a new building and is designed for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It is a granny flat in an inhabited apartment building with children and a dog, which can be heard occasionally. The use of an 11kw (type 2) charging station is possible with your own cable and is charged at €0.30 per KW. Washing machine, shower, TV, WiFi, dishwasher are available. The exterior of the house is not quite finished yet (optically). No assistance animals allowed. The space The house is on a private side street that borders a play street. The children can move outside without danger. The electricity for heat generation (water and heating) and for the devices is either 100% generated on site or purchased as green electricity. So your stay with us is CO2 free. Other things to note All ancillary costs such as electricity (except Wallbox) and water are already covered by the rent. For longer stays it is possible to get fresh bedclothes and towels. Please let us know if you need this, the beds must be made up independently during the booking time. There is no interim cleaning. It is possible to receive an invoice including VAT. No assistance animals allowed.
