A double room for two in a spectacular location, in our family home. We have a 360-degree view of the Apennines and the surrounding National Park: Tuscan-Emilian Apennine National Park. We are 50 meters from the famous Cerwood Adventure Playground and even closer to the spa. There is a crystal clear river to swim in right down the road, as well as the Camping Le Fonti campsite with all its activities and services (swimming pool, restaurant and wellness center). The space Each room has been recently repainted, with a clean tiled floor, brand new sheets, a spectacular view and a well-furnished bathroom with shower with plenty of hot water (each bathroom with shower is shared between 2 rooms). The rooms are furnished with beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. On the ground floor we have a 100-square-meter event room, a library/entrance, a cozy area with a stove and soft seats, 2 toilets and a breakfast bar. Guest access As our esteemed guests, you will have access to the common area on the ground floor, your bedroom, and the bathroom with shower (which is shared between 2 bedrooms). The cozy and the bar are at your disposal. The room on the ground floor is available to be booked for events. During your stay We are here, this is our home. We are a young family of 4, a small friendly dog, chickens and 2 turtles. We can't wait to share this spectacular wild place with you. Other things to note We are located in the middle of a UNESCO World Heritage national park; a corporate retreat with a focus on sustainability, we have an on-site up-cycling FabLab and permaculture gardens. Most of our furniture is recycled, self-designed (by Anto, my husband, who is a professional architect and designer). The space is comfortable, simple, and clean.
