It is a stone throw away from a stunning new Hillcountry wedding venue. It has two bedrooms, a futon, 3 TVs, electric fireplace, clothes washer, full refrigerator and kitchen with new cook and dining ware. Outdoor dining & seating areas, propane grill, fire pit with free firewood and multiple games. It is a cozy, clean and airy plant lovers paradise in the middle of the Texas woodland. Relax and enjoy s’mores at a campfire at night, sit back and enjoy the one inside, or simply watch a movie. You may roam the private property or request a shuttle to a wedding you’re attending down the road. Want to make it romantic? Or plan a special occasion? Special packages can be arranged with the host for a small agreed upon fee. Most childcare items are free upon request. You may also visit our new additions- Quail, just to the right of the privacy fence (but please be aware of startling them). Bees coming soon! Once you enter the gate you will take a left at the V in the road and your first right. There will be signs. There is a privacy fence between the owners barn and house and the rv, making it far enough away to be private and close enough for special requests or if a storm shelter is required, heaven forbid. There are two friendly dogs that have an invisible fence around the owners house. Please be aware that if you bring pets and they roam over here that they will be your own responsibility, as they are rescues. By all means you may contact me with any questions or requests. We are surrounded by acres and acres of beautiful woodlands and many neighboring farms and game ranches. We are 8 min away from an HEB in Burnet and very close to a new wedding venue, multiple breweries and wineries. Downtown Burnet, where the HEB is located, has antique stores, spas, art galleries, restaurants etc. Shuttle service is available to the wedding venue upon request. Parking is not an issue as we neighbor small country towns. Please only use provided toilet paper in the toilet, we are on a delicate septic system. Please keep the awning in during storms and high winds or it may tear. Please do not leave the water heater on gas or it will use up all available propane. Lastly we ask kindly if you are bringing a doggie, you can lift the white mats up during rainy and muddy days. Old towels are provided along with the extra linens.
