Beautiful glamping RV for rent on location in Bertram, TX on 17 ag-exempt acres near Inks lake, lake Buchanan, lake Marble Falls and multiple wineries and breweries. It is a stone throw away from a stunning new Hillcountry wedding venue. It has two bedrooms, a futon, 3 TVs, WiFi, electric fireplace, clothes washer, dryer, full refrigerator and kitchen with new cook and dinnerware. Outdoor dining & seating areas, propane grill, fire pit with free firewood and multiple games. The space It is a cozy, clean and airy plant lovers paradise in the middle of the Texas woodland. Relax and enjoy s’mores at a campfire at night, sit back and enjoy the one inside, or simply watch a movie. You may roam the private property as you please. New addition of a walking trail through the private woods, just past the geodome, where most of the acreage is located. There are signs, but just follow the fence to the left at any point to arrive back at home. Keep an eye out for exotics at the neighbors high fence! Want to make it romantic? Or plan a special occasion? Special packages can be arranged with the host for a small agreed upon fee. Most childcare items are free upon request. You may also visit our new additions- Quail, just to the right of the privacy fence (but please be aware of startling them). We also have bees and are surrounded by other farmland. We also rent out a 5-star luxury glamping geodome and plan on having a full fledged self-sufficient farm, thanks to contributions such as yours! Liability: You understand that hiking and the use of fire pits, stairs & kitchen appliances, is at your own risk and you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from hiking, bee stings, insect & animal bites and use of the fire pits, stairs & kitchen appliances and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers in the aforementioned activities and the use thereof may present a possible danger to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as to any person that has health risks or uses the the property or amenities while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from hiking,, bee stings, insect & animal bites or using the fire pits, stairs & kitchen appliances. By booking, all Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host. There is a privacy fence between the owners barn and house and the rv, making it far enough away to be private and close enough for special requests or if a storm shelter is required, heaven forbid. There are two friendly dogs that have an invisible fence around the owners house. Please be aware that if you bring pets and they roam over here that they will be your own responsibility, as they are rescues. Other things to note Please only use provided toilet paper in the toilet, we are on a delicate septic system. Please keep the awning in during storms and high winds or it may tear. Please do not leave the water heater on gas or it will use up all available propane. The electrical light needs to be on for it at all times. Lastly we ask kindly if you are bringing a doggie, you can lift the white mats up during rainy and muddy days. Old towels are provided along with the extra linens.
