Quiet room in a peaceful area not far from the mall of Georgia or downtown Lawrenceville! Near Gwinnett college as well. Feel free to ask for any suggestions or recommendations nearby! This is one bedroom in house and there is another listing for second bedroom if needing to book for more than one room. The space The bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms are shared. There is no cable but it is a smart tv and can use your entertainment accounts to watch. There is no washer and dryer use. Coin laundry nearby. Guest access The bedroom is for your private use during your stay. The bedroom includes the bed which sleeps comfortably 2 people. There is a key provided so the door can be locked while away. If key is lost then there is a $20 fee to replace doorknob. Anymore guests then 2 will have the option of floor or couch in living room for the additional fee up to 4 people. During your stay Feel free to ask any questions or concerns and definitely feel free to message anytime and will respond as soon as possible! Other things to note There is a security camera that videos outside the house and entrance of the house for protection.
