Guests have access to our shared kayaks (Apr 15 - Oct 15), outdoor pool (open summer), indoor pool (open winter W/Fr/Sat/Sun), 2 lakes, beaches, playgrounds, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, amazing food at the clubhouse, and more. First Level – Oversized leather sectional and 55" Smart TV – Twin bed (great for flexible sleeping space) – Full bathroom – Washer and dryer – 2 adult bikes and 1 child’s bike – Board games – Beach chairs and umbrella for lake Main Level (Second Floor) – Large leather sectional and 65" Smart TV – Fireplace – Half bath – Oversized dining table (seats 8–10) – Fully stocked modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances – Large deck with BBQ grill Top Level (Third Floor) – Bedroom 1: Two full-size beds and Smart TV – Bedroom 2: Full-size bunk beds with twin trundle – Bedroom 3 (Loft): Two queen beds – Full bathroom with tub Extras – High-speed Wi-Fi throughout – Ceiling fans in every room + floor fans as needed – No central AC, but summer nights are typically cool in the Poconos Guest access As registered renters in Big Bass Lake, guests have full access to all community amenities with the purchase of amenity passes. At the house, guests have access to the entire home except for locked kitchen closet and a locked room on the main floor used for storage. Other things to note Summer Amenities (Memorial Day–Labor Day): Guests have access to: – 2 lakes for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating – Outdoor pool (weekends only Memorial day - June 15) with splash pad and snack bar – 2 playgrounds – Full basketball court – 4 tennis courts – 4 pickleball courts – Volleyball area – Shared Kayaks (schedule with host) Fall & Winter Amenities: – Heated indoor pool – Tree Top Lounge with Pool Table – Sledding hill behind Rec Center (sledding at your own risk) Nearby Ski Resorts: – Camelback (25 min) – Montage (30 min) – Big Boulder (35 min) – Jack Frost (40min) Amenity Pass Fees (Purchase Required to use Community Amenities): – $8/day (weekdays) – $10/day (Saturday/Sunday/Holidays) – $30/week, $50/Holiday week – Free for children 6 and under with a paying adult Passes can be purchased at the Admin Office, Clubhouse, or Rec Center during open hours. Registration Required: Big Bass Lake requires all renters to be registered prior to arrival. Gated Community Access: Our home is in a safe, private gated community. You’ll be asked to provide the full names of all guests to ensure gate access. The booking guest must be 25 years or older. Note: Any changes to the guest list must be submitted before arrival. Changes after arrival may result in being denied entry. Guests are responsible for any violation fines such as speeding.
