Bring the whole family to this impressive home away from home! Located within a 10-minute drive to Summerside, this quiet, waterfront home offers your family a comfortable and well-designed space to enjoy your next vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail from the deck overlooking the bay. Have loads of fun in this full-sized 3-bedroom home playing games, touring around PEI, going to the local beaches, enjoying the local restaurants, and all that PEI has to offer. The space Whether sitting upstairs in the open-concept floor plan or downstairs in the rec room, sunlight fills the space through the expansive windows. Enjoy sunsets in the evening or maybe you will get lucky and get to watch a family of foxes frolicking in the yard. There are also smart TVs in the living room and rec room where you can log into streaming services or watch some of our provided DVDs. Or try out some of our many provided board games and puzzles - fun for all ages. The rec room has a poker table and basketball game too!! The main bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with 4 under-bed storage drawers. Also a TV with a firestick where you can log in to your favorite streaming apps. There is a 4-piece ensuite included, with a hairdryer and a large walk-in closet for your use. The 2nd bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed. A full closet with all the bedding required for the beds. The 3rd bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and full closet. There is a 4-piece bathroom shared for these two bedrooms. All bathrooms include hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There are also plenty of towels. All bedrooms include pillows and extra linens. The kitchen is fully supplied with the things you would need on a day-to-day basis: coffee maker (12 cup, No 4 cone filter), electric kettle, air fryer, blender, as well as all dishes, plastic patio dishware, utensils, cooking utensils, and more! We have also included the coffee, tea, and basics like cooking oils and seasonings. There are also laundry facilities with laundry soap and softener included. As an extra we have provided beach towels, and cooler for your adventures at one of the many beaches on the island. There is also a firepit for your use in the backyard. Our goal is that you just have to bring yourself and your clothes. Pick up food at the grocery store and everything else you need should be supplied. If not, let us know and we'll make sure we stock up for the next time :) Guest access The entire space is yours with the exception of the shed and a couple of locked closets in the house. Other things to note Although we have a beautiful view of Summerside Bay, we do not have direct access yet. For your own safety, please do not climb down the embankment to get to the beach. There is a boat ramp within a 5-minute walk that is much safer access to the water. We also ask that adults only use the laundry room. There is wide-open access to the hot water tank and other potential hazards, so the little ones should stay out of this room. Registration Details 0164159
