Enjoy the gas grill and bistro table on the deck off the kitchen, and plenty of seating inside at the large dining table. The living area has a wide window seat (perfect for reading and afternoon naps), gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV equipped with Roku and Sling TV. The loft up the spiral staircase is a great space to work a puzzle, lay out a yoga mat, or utilize as a secondary TV viewing area. Silvermist has three bedrooms. The Primary with a king bed, private deck and en suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom also with a king. Third bedroom with a double/ twin bunk bed. The second and third bedrooms both open up to a very large, shared deck with meadow views – an excellent place for stargazing on clear nights! Linens are provided in the home. A hot tub is available for guests. (disclaimer: the indoor soaking tub with jets inside the house is not functioning). SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night. Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's. Maximum occupancy is 7 for this home.
